I don’t know what I’m doing wrong…

Ive been going to the gym almost every single day (Mondays and Wednesdays are hard on my schedule but every other day of the week I’m there) and doing an hour of non-stop cardio (on average, according to the machines I burn around 500 cals a workout) and I’ve been counting my calories and carbs and fats (usually taking in around 700 cals a day) and yet I just managed to gain weight…. wtf?

all I want is to lose the 20 extra pounds that’s keeping me from being the best me I can be but it is so damn impossible.

any tips?

  5. rufustfirefly answered: 700 cals a day is bad. you need a min of 1200 and if you work out you need more otherwise u go into starvation mode which is counterproducti
